Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition since 2021 with 7+ years of extensive training in nutrition, including mentorship by Registered Dietitians, 3 year’s worth of a college degree in Nutritional Science, years of continued education, and more
Certified Behavior Change Specialist since 2022 + extensive trainings in Nutrition, Sport, Behavior Change, and Developmental Psychology
