One of the BEST parts about MyCoach is that I manage your program for you and move things around if needed to help you stay consistent. If you miss a workout, are planning to go on vacation, or simply have a busy week and need to move things around, I’m there to help you navigate all-the-things.

Yup! Every 2 weeks you’ll have the option to fill out a check-in form. This check-in form helps me know how your body is responding to your training program, helps both of us track some key symptoms/body cues that tell us a lot about what you may need (things like sleep, stress management, digestive symptoms, water intake, etc). In that biweekly check-in form you will have the option to request any changes to your membership, AND you can message me any time in the app to request changes.

Yes! Just know that MyCoach is not open for registration year round and we do cap the amount of people that can be on the program. So if you cancel your membership, it may be a while before you can sign back up. Part of the cost of MyCoach is paying for me to help you manage your plan + help you stay consistent, so sometimes it’s better to continue to pay for the service + take time off from working out than to cancel altogether and lose your spot.

No problem! Your workout program is designed for you. In your registration form, I ask you to let me know what equipment you have access to and I design your program based on that.

EVERYTHING will be delivered through our LET app that is powered by Trainerize. When you check out, you will receive an email inviting you to download our app and create your account. As soon as you are in the app you can start exploring and using all the resources it provides. Your workouts will be delivered through this app, your check in form links will be sent through the app, and your communication with me (your coach) will happen there.

No, there is no age limit or maximum. However, I do recommend NOT doing MyCoach if you are below the age of 18, and instead looking to work with Personal Training due to how developmental ages are crucial times for developing proper movement patterns in order to avoid musculoskeletal imbalances and give you the best chances at avoiding injury. I also recommend working 1:1 with a qualified Personal Trainer if you have any on-going injuries or health conditions that require adaptations to your exercise plan.
