  • Workouts you can do from the gym or from home: While this program is built for those with access to basic gym equipment in mind (dumbbells, barbells, plates, resistance bands, a cable machine, and a bench), I do provide minimal equipment swaps in each workout for those working out with limited equipment. As long as you have access to dumbbells, a bench, and resistance bands- you’ll have what you need!

  • 3 Full Body Workouts each week + access to an on-demand library of other workouts: For the most efficient results, the research supports training each muscle group UP TO 3 times per week. To help you do that, Nourish & Strengthen provides 3 Full Body strength and hypertrophy workouts per week AND gives you a library of other workouts to supplement any additional work you may want to do. From full body mobility routines, to targeted hip work, to additionally Core + Accessory lift days, to even some cardio/HIIT workouts, you’ll definitely have what you need to create a routine that works for you.

  • Monthly Meal Planning Inspiration + Consistency Coaching (via email): Once per month you’ll get a short-and-to-the-point/no-fluff-added email from me that includes a sample week meal plan with some of my client’s favorite recipes attached to help you break through the “What the heck do I eat this week?” creativity block. In that same email, there will be a short, 5 minute Consistency Coaching moment where I help you break through the main mindset challenges that keep you from reaching your goals.

  • Access to the LET app: When you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to all the LET app has to offer. How to get started:

  • Step 1: Sign up for $47/month

    Once you check out, you'll be sent an email to set up your LET app account and log in.

  • Step 2: Start training + following your program

    All of your workouts will be accessed inside the LET app. Your training program will be scheduled to start the Monday following when you signed up, but with the on-demand library of workouts you can get to training right away if you prefer!

  • Step 3: Stay consistent, train hard, get results

    All that's left at this point is to do the work. You got this!

  • Some gym experience is recommended. This program is best for intermediate to advanced level lifters.

  • The workouts are designed for those with access to the following gym equipment:

    • Dumbbells

    • Barbell + plates

    • Adjustable bench

    • Cable machine

    • Long and loop resistance bands

    However, I give swap suggestions for those that lack the bigger pieces of gym equipment (squat rack, barbell, plates, and cable machine), so as long as you have the basics:

    • Dumbbells

    • Resistance bands

    • An adjustable bench (although if you're creative you could make do without this)

  • Yes you can.

    To cancel your membership any time, you'll just need to go to https://www.trainerize.com/ and log in with your app login to cancel your membership.

  • If you've got some experience in the gym and know generally how to do some basic movements like squats, chest presses, rows, and planks, you should be just fine! Just make sure you come in with an open mind, ready to learn as you go! More than anything, being consistent with your workouts is the biggest factor for success, so if you can focus on being consistent then you'll be just fine.
