It’s me, Coach B.
Growing up in Northwest Arkansas with two brothers, I became a bit of a tom-boy. Nature, hiking, dirt, sports, and anything competitive are facets of my ultimate love language. Add a cup of coffee, a good book, a few dogs, a few cows, and a plane ticket to some hole-in-wall location to that mental image I just painted…and that’s me in a nut-shell.
My JOY in life is people. More specifically- helping people overcome their limitations and simplify their lives through sustainable, healthy habits and routines. My love for science and passion for people have driven every aspect of LET.
