About Personal Training: What to expect as an LET client
As a Holistic Health Coaching client, personal training is included in your package. Becoming a 1-on-1 Coaching client is the only way to receive private Personal Training through LET. Since that’s a big decision, we feel it necessary to clarify what makes training with us at LET different from other training programs and experiences before you decide. Here is what you need to know about Virtual Personal Training at LET:
1.Your Exercise Program will be customized for your goals, equipment accessibility, and body needs.
As a Holistic Health Coaching client, you receive your own customized exercise prescription. When you come in for your initial consultations, you will receive a complimentary Movement Screen and complimentary Personal Training session. From those two meetings, your coach will begin crafting a workout program that fits your needs and goals.

2. Brenna Kennedy (the LET owner) is a Certified Personal Trainer who also has her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. You're in caring, qualified hands!
In the technology age we live in, just about anybody can claim to be a trainer or a fitness coach. With on-demand resources like Beach Body and Noom, as well as numerous Instagram “trainers” in existence today, many exercise regimens are marketed as reliable training programs. However, finding someone who is a Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA accredited organization is the only way to ensure you are in the best hands.
Brenna received her Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University and completed her internship at Equinox in Boston, MA. Before graduating college, she obtained her Personal Training Certification from ACE and began gaining experience in online personal training right away. After graduating, she went on to work at Life Time Athletic in Oklahoma City until the pandemic hit the midwest. During the Pandemic, LET was born. Brenna’s heart for coaching is strongly rooted in her athletic history and she aims to help others discover a passion for moving their bodies well, and moving them often.
3.Virtual Personal Training lets you get your workouts in and hit your goals wherever you are thanks to Zoom!
As long as you have the equipment needed for that workout and you can comfortably communicate with your coach, you can workout just about anywhere. One of the coolest things about the Virtual Personal Training and Health Coaching space is that most barriers to quality coaching are removed. So whether you are working out from the comfort of your own home, taking an Accountability Call in your favorite coffee shop across town, or logging on for your workout across the country, your health goals just became a whole lot more accessible thanks to video call over Zoom.
**All coaching calls, including Personal Training sessions, will take place over Zoom. We are a completely virtual company.
4.Your trainer will work with you to create a program that utilizes a wide variety of techniques and tools, ensuring you have all you need to succeed.
Traditional strength training, functional training, high intensity interval training, flexibility work, mobility, and various recovery methods (ex: acupressure, breathing, grounding techniques) are all techniques you could see on your program- depending on your needs and goals. We don’t believe there is “one right method” to move your body. We believe the best method is the method that works for you, and your coach will work with you to figure out what that looks like for your needs and goals.
5. The foundation of every sustainable, effective training program is resistance training. Weight training will be the core of your program as a Holistic Health Coaching client.
Our bodies were made to move and move well. Over time, our westernized culture has become weaker and weaker. Many of us have musculoskeletal imbalances that cause regular back pain and mobility issues. Decades worth of research supports that regular resistance training is healthy, safe, and needed for many to support long term health. No matter your health goals, your personal training program will have strength training as one of the many pillars in your movement plan as an LET client.
6. Because of our small business, virtual structure…
You won’t be seen as a number at a corporate gym. You’ll get to know your trainer well and will find your built-in support system.
It’s more affordable than training at physical gyms.
You will be supporting a family owned operation, and as a result, be supporting United States agriculture as well since our family’s other job is helping run the family ranch.
